Maximum 6 pages including references, prepared with the IEEE conference paper template.
Submit Full Paper via EasyChair

Submissions are handled through the EasyChair conference system

Before You Submit

  • Write in English only
  • Maximum 6 pages (IEEE format)
  • Use IEEE paper template
  • Include all author names & affiliations
  • Submit as PDF only

Formatting Requirements

  • Use official IEEE conference paper template
  • A4 or US Letter page size
  • Two-column format for full papers
  • Maximum 6 pages including references
  • Minimum font size: 10pt
  • Submit as PDF only

Content Requirements

  • Original, unpublished work only
  • Written entirely in English
  • Include structured abstract
  • All figures must be clear & legible
  • References in IEEE format
  • No plagiarism (will be checked)

Presentation

  • Oral or poster presentation
  • Oral: 15 min + 5 min Q&A
  • Poster: A1 size, portrait orientation
  • At least one author must register
  • 1 registration covers 1 paper

After Acceptance

  • Complete IEEE e-copyright transfer
  • Register by early bird deadline
  • Submit final camera-ready version
  • IEEE Xplore publication
  • Top papers invited for journal extension
